Jenny Cobuzzi treats people as people. A multi-modality trained clinician, Jenny recognizes each client or partnership needs customized treatment. Jenny is passionate about helping people discover unknown origins of challenges and where their power lies in making change. Presence, empathy, high-level skills, life experience, and humor inform the way Jenny works in session. Working with survivors of trauma, people with panic disorder and agoraphobia, and helping people understand why they get stuck in cycles of abusive/conflicted relationships as well as the importance of healthy communication are some of Jenny's passions.

As a board certified Dance/Movement therapist, she likes to work in creative ways, allowing people to connect with their bodies and notice where and what they are feeling. Additionally, with certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Clinical Telemental Health, she has a lot of evidenced based modalities to draw from if that is what the client needs/wants.

Jenny balances an easy going and structured nature. Comfortable with whatever you bring to session while also keeping you on track toward your goals. She values coming from curiosity and nonjudgment to help you discern what works for you to make the changes you want. Your health is her goal and she will celebrate your progress with you!
